Qualified Cat Protocol

Commonwealth Cats is dedicated to helping cats that would not be spayed or neutered if not for the services of this organization. We respect that all of our volunteers are donating their time and services. We make every effort to carefully screen feral cat caretakers and trappers to insure that the cats they bring to us are un-owned and will be returned to a managed colony (at a minimum provided food and water). We also try to assure that these cats would not have otherwise had access to the services provided by Commonwealth Cats, Inc.
